ABOUT:

We begin by relaxing with different breathing techniques, allowing the children to calm themselves before starting a series of yoga postures on mats. Tumbling, balance beam and rebounding comes into play when we start our obstacle work! Students will increase flexibility, balance, strength, listening skills, and body awareness while learning the fundamentals of gymnastics.
