Offering some of the most breathtaking views of Litchfield County, the Hill Top Orchard is the perfect fall destination for your entire family, group or organization to experience all a true New England orchard has to offer. Pick Your Own Apples typically begins the first weekend of September from the Farm Store Orchard with varieties including Cortland, Gala, Honey Crisp & Macintosh. Picking from the Hill Top Orchard begins mid-September and continues through October with varieties including Cortland, Empire, Fuji, Gala, Golden Delicious, Honey Crisp, Jonagold, Macintosh, Macoun, Mutsu, Red Delicious & Rome.

Pumpkins

Pick Your Own Pumpkins typically begins late-September and continues through October. Grab a wagon and search the fields for a variety of pumpkins including large face pumpkins perfect for carving, smaller sugar pumpkins great for baking, and stackable pumpkins for outstanding decorations.

Hill Top Corn Maze

On weekends, come and enjoy the most fun you’ll ever have getting lost this fall in the Hill Top Corn Maze! Featuring 5 acres of towering corn and over 3 miles of pathways, the Corn Maze has a new challenging design each year with fun trivia questions throughout to help you reach the end. A true labyrinth with no dead ends, our maze offers a confusingly delightful experience exciting and thrilling those seeking to find the one and only exit from the twists and turns of golden & green corn maze stalks!

Hayloft Playscape

Let your child’s inner farmer come out and play in our 30,000 square foot activity space! Surrounded by a 450 foot tricycle track, the Hayloft Playscape features farm themed playhouses, tractor tire sand circle, hay bale hills, climbing walls, swings & a beautiful picnic pavilion.

Pondside Animal Yard

Our animals would love to meet you & your family this summer & fall. With a new Rock & Pole course to climb the goats are sure to put on a show! The Pondside Animal Yard is a free activity providing an educational experience for both children & adults.

Market & Bakery

Our unique market place specializes in our own homegrown berries, fruits & vegetables along with cooperatively grown produce from other local farms. The smell of fresh baked goods fills the air with a delicious selection including breads, brownies, cider donuts, cookies, fruit pies, muffins, pastries, pound cakes & scones; all baked fresh daily on site. Specialty items from some of the region’s top food vendors also line our shelves and include jams, jellies, dressings, honey, maple syrup and many other items.
