Apples & Pears

Walk up to the barn and grab yourself a half bushel, pick your own bag and take a tour of our orchard as you find the best apples to fill your bag with. Come early or come late there will always be apples & pears to pick through the months of September and October even if you have to barrow a pole picker for hard to reach fruit! Reservations required.

Pumpkins

There is a wide selection of pumpkins, gourds and Halloween decorations that will get you in the fall spirit as soon as you lay eyes on our pumpkin patch (all pumpkins are vine free). Pick your favorite pumpkin and the friendly staff will weigh for you at the check out tent.

Corn Maze

Our 2021 corn maze is ready for you to solve! Purchase your ticket and take a walk through the twists and turns of the maze to see if you can find your way out. Use the map as your guide to find the hidden clues so that you may solve the puzzle and learn some interesting facts about space.

Hay Rides

Let our Big Green Tractors take you for a ride around the farm. Sit back, relax but don’t forget to hang on, this ride can be bumpy. For a duration of about fifteen minutes you will get a great glimpse of all of our gardens, apple trees and breath taking views of farming in the Hudson Valley.

Farm Stand

Built in the 1940’s using locust posts harvested from forests surrounding the farm, The Barn acts as our fresh air market place. Under the tin roof you can find hand selected goods of the highest quality including daily fresh picked produce, local honey, NY State maple syrup, artisanal goods including oils & vinegars, jams, jellies, & preserves, and decorations for your fall time needs. Nothing says fall in NY state like a warm apple donut, fresh apple cider, and homemade pies. Enjoy all of these products made fresh throughout the fall with our own special twist that sets Outhouse Orchards apart from the rest.
