December Landscape Painting in the Art Studio

In using a variety of art materials, children will develop a December Landscape on Artist Board of Canvas. This may include a festive holiday or winter scene with an emphasis on color and light. They will be exposed to art work by well known artists and traditional winter stories will be read during their snack time.  All materials will be supplied and may include paint, oil pastels, ink, materials that sparkle and others that allow for unusual effects, more.  Students should bring a hearty peanut-free snack.
