Sound Waters HarborFest is a complimentary day of fun waterfront activities featuring the Aquarion Cardboard Kayak Race on the Stamford Harbor, which takes place on Saturday, August 29, from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm on the Harbor Point Waterfront located near 2200 Atlantic Street. This is a rain or shine event.
