Winter Isolation Survival Tips for Kids

New Canaan Library

This winter may seem a little different than years before. Our younger children have gone through a massive pandemic and as winter approaches they may be gearing up for another round of isolation or an interruption in their social interactions. This discussion will focus on how parents can support and comfort their child’s social and emotional development. We will explore free play options to build confidence, resilience, and socialization skills to stay connected with others.  Leave armed with activities your child can enjoy with family or friends inside or outside.  For families with children 3-8.
