Drawing and Sketching in the Studio and Out-of-Doors

Children will explore a variety of artist drawing materials, and subject matter, while learning about light and shading.  This may include outdoor landscape, leaves, bark, stones, twigs, autumn flowers, vegetables, fruits, and more. Artwork by well known artists will be shared and discussed.  Children will be encouraged to participate in a gentle and informal critique session.  All materials will be supplied. Students should bring a peanut-free snack.
