Calling all fans of The Great British Baking Show! Our annual gingerbread house program is going virtual this year with a special twist.
Before the program, families can pick up their gingerbread house kit at the library starting on Thursday, December 10th. Use the materials in your gingerbread kits before the evening on Thursday, December 17th. Then get ready to present your village to the friendly folks from Darien Library and other participants! We want to hear all about what inspired your gingerbread village, who you imagine lives there, and more. Don’t miss out on a chance to win a prize in one of our sweet categories.
We will be giving out one gingerbread village per family. Please register ONE member of your family who plans to attend this program. Once your family is registered, you can make an appointment to the Children’s Library to pick up your materials.
